ImageMusic is important at Church of the Savior. Music plays a significant role in the worship service. Church of the Savior's music is a unique blend of historic hymns, contemporary songs, classical music and new music written by several active composers in the congregation.

Music is not a performance at Church of the Savior, but a primary means of worshiping God in community. We share our upbeat, joyful emotions together in song and also find voice for our sorrows in the thoughtful, contemplative music of God's people.

The High School Youth at Church of the Savior have formed a worship band with guitar, keyboard, piano, bass, drums and vocals and they lead music for Youth Group every Wednesday night. Even though they are just beginning, it is evident that God is at work in the process and blessing them. You are very welcome to come enjoy being in God's presence through music.

Many adults and youth at Church of the Savior play musical instruments, and seasonally we have chime choirs which are open to anyone who wants to play. Rather than using music as a way to prove how proficient we are at playing or singing, we want to see our music and worship as a way to move closer to God and be in His presence.

Come join us on Sunday morning or Wednesday evening and allow God to speak to you through Worship!
